What is the purpose of cookies?
This technology is used for several purposes, for instance representing the most relevant content or advertisement for the given User; developing our products and services and keeping the safety of our services. How is a cookie generated?
First the client computer sends a request for the provider. This stage the provider generates an individual identification code and stores it in its own database, then sends back the generated cookie to the client along with every information. Finally, the information cookie gets stored on the client’s computer.
How is a cookie used?
When the client computer contacts the provider again, it links the previously generated and stored cookie. The provider then compares the content of the cookie they got and the cookie that is being stored. By that process it recognises for example a registered user easily.
